• One user is permitted to create only one account.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

3.2 Identity Verification

• Users may be required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

4. Payment and Financial Services

4.1 Virtual Account Number Generation

• Users can generate Dedicated Virtual Accounts (DVAs) through our integration with Payscribe.
• These DVAs allow users to receive payments directly into their PocketFend wallet.

4.2 Online Payments

• For card payments and other online payment methods, we use Paystack as our payment gateway.
• All online transactions are subject to Paystack's terms and conditions.
• Users are responsible for any transaction fees that may apply.

5. User Responsibilities

• Users must not use the platform for illegal activities.
• Users must protect their account information.
• Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform.
• Sharing account credentials.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Misrepresenting personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Pocketfend.ng is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the value of services purchased through our platform.

8. Modifications to Services

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services.
• Any updates to these terms will be communicated via the website or email.
• Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
